Return & Exchange Policy

Elixirs & Epilogues

At Elixirs & Epilogues, we take pride in carefully curating our collection and ensuring each item meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain an exchange-only policy and do not offer refunds.

Eligibility for Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and materials must be included.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

• Books with visible signs of use, damage, or wear after purchase
• Discounted or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Any personalized or custom items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt at elixirsandepilogues@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or exchange for the same item.

Exchange Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit or an item exchange of equal value
• If exchanging for an item of greater value, the customer is responsible for the price difference
• If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit

Shipping (if applicable)

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns

Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final unless they meet the criteria outlined above. Elixirs & Epilogues reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not comply with this policy.
